Area Sales Manager Energy / AEV - full time, Germany

We are offering a varied and interesting challenge in the field of Energy based in Germany. After an appropriate training period, you will be responsible for the sales in the division Energy.

Area Sales Manager Energy / AEV (f/m/d)
Based in Germany

Your tasks:

  • Development of existing and new customers in the specified region
  • Implementation and help in shaping of strategic growth strategies in the region
  • Responsible for sales figures (budget/plan) in Germany
  • Market and competitiveness analysis
  • Technical support of customers together with the technical department
  • Interaction with Isovolta’s production facility focused on Energy plants and AEVSupporting marketing activities
  • Build and support the distribution network
  • Project lead in customized material development in close cooperation with technical departments

Your profile:

  • Engineering and/or commercial background (education and/or experience) preferably chemistry or electro technology
  • Min 3-5 years experience in the impregnation-potting-casting resin technology.
  • Electro-mechanical German market knowledge
  • Excellent presentation- and communication skills on all levels
  • Profound English and German language skills
  • Customer focus, experience, proven history of market growth
  • Independent and motivated
  • Good know how in MS-Office
  • Willingness to travel (50-75%)
  • Ability to obtain results working in a team in a matrix organization
  • Project Management Skills
  • Experience in automotive industry
